Team Development Retreat in Ngwe Saung
On November 30th to December 2nd, AGD’s Senior, Branch and Regional Managers embarked on a Team Development Retreat in Ngwe Saung held at Aureum Palace Hotel.
The agenda was divided into two parts. The first day involved an internal discussion on AGD’s vision which was led by our Senior Management outlining their plans and strategy for 2020 and beyond.
Day two involved a variety of team building activities led by Team Thinking Asia which entailed building relationships, developing teamwork and exploring AGD’s organisational values which can be applied to the workplace.
