AGD Bank, one of the leading financial institutions in Myanmar, announces the signing of a financing agreement with Early Dawn Microfinance Company Limited (“DAWN”).
The loan agreement between AGD Bank and DAWN, which has already been disbursed, will support the economic growth of communities across Myanmar by helping to develop new market segments and areas.

DAWN is committed to expanding the delivery of high-quality financial services across Myanmar. It aims to be the best microfinance institution in Myanmar, while helping to improve the lives of families they serve. Originally launched as a program under Save the Children in 2002, DAWN transformed into an independent company in 2015 and supports those with low incomes, including female micro-entrepreneurs, as well as small business owners.
